Shipping policy
Wild Mountain Soul Designs currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
Processing times
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, domestic delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days.
Shipping costs
Orders of $250 or more qualify for free U.S. shipping.
Orders under $250 may have a shipping charge, which will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Wild Mountain Soul Designs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Shipping delays
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
