Thank you for shopping with Wild Mountain Soul Designs! We take great care in handcrafting each piece and want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping information below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please note: During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We ship domestically within the United States. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method. We offer free Economy shipping on qualifying orders — the free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Domestic Shipping Only
At this time, Wild Mountain Soul Designs ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are located outside the US and are interested in our products, please contact us — we'd love to hear from you!
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
